Limousine Guest Service Representative (Transportation)
Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Distribute hotel leaflets and gifts at all entry and exit ports in Macau to promote MGM’s bus routes
- Provide pick-up and drop-off services, assist with boarding and alighting assistance, offer luggage handling assistance and respond to basic information inquiries
- Hold hotel signs at all entry and exit ports in Macau to help guests identify the hotel and provide related information
- Communicate with Limousine Drivers & Coordinators closely to provide quality pick-up and drop-off services
Job Requirements
- Presentable with no visible tattoos
- Possess good language skills in Mandarin or Cantonese, and English is preferred, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- At least 1 year of service experience in a five-star hotel or related field
- Good communication and reception skills
- Must be able to work rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays
- High School Graduate or equivalent
豪华轿车宾客服务代表（交通部）
工作职责：
- 在澳门所有出入境口岸分发酒店宣传册和礼品，以推广美高梅的穿梭巴士路线
提供接送服务，协助宾客上下车、搬运行李，并解答基本信息咨询 - 在澳门所有出入境口岸举酒店标识，方便宾客识别酒店并提供相关信息
- 与豪华轿车司机及协调员密切沟通，确保高质量的接送服务
职位要求：
- 外表得体、无明显纹身
- 具备普通话或粤语良好语言能力，英语优先，以便与国际宾客进行有效沟通。
- 至少拥有一年五星级酒店或相关领域的服务经验
- 具备良好的沟通能力和接待技巧
- 能接受轮班制工作，包括周末和公众假期
学历要求： 高中毕业或同等学历
