Our Recruitment Process

  • Receipt of job order from the client, including detailed job descriptions and compensation packages.

  • Candidate sourcing and shortlisting by BezCareers, followed by submission of qualified resumes to the client.

  • Interview coordination via video conferencing or on-site interviews in the source country with support from our team and channel partners.

  • Medical examinations and necessary background or police checks for selected candidates to meet visa requirements.

  • Employer processing of the work permit or employment visa.

  • Pre-departure orientation for candidates, including assistance with accommodation arrangements where required.

  • Processing and dispatch of required documentation to the source country.

  • Deployment of candidates to their respective employers upon completion of all formalities.
