Job Responsibility

• Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests
• Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile
• Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
• Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
• Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries

Job Requirements:

• Presentable with professional grooming
• Must have good standing posture
• Good customer service sense and approachable
• Fluent in English or Mandarin, with Cantonese considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
• High School Graduate or equivalent

工作职责：

• 在客人抵达和离开时进行迎接和送别，建立并维护良好的客户关系
• 在贵宾入口处担任门卫职务，以亲切笑容迎接宾客
• 常驻于宾客入口和指定贵宾区域，协助并引导宾客
• 参与贵宾活动，确保宾客拥有良好体验
• 熟悉酒店相关信息，以自信地解答宾客的询问

职位要求：

• 外表得体，具备专业仪容
• 姿势端正，站姿良好
• 具备良好的客户服务意识，亲切有礼
• 能流利使用英语或普通话进行沟通，具备粤语能力者优先，以便与国际宾客进行有效交流。
