Job Description

  • Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
  • Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
  • Support restaurant operations in achieving all goals and key performance objective

Job Requirements

  • Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude
  • Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • With F&B services experience, and nice to have 4-5 star Hotel or quality restaurant experience
  • Provide full-length photograph and portrait photo
