Job Description
- Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
- Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Support restaurant operations in achieving all goals and key performance objective
Job Requirements
- Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude
- Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese
- With F&B services experience, and nice to have 4-5 star Hotel or quality restaurant experience
- Provide full-length photograph and portrait photo
