Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Train and mentor front desk team members
- Handle escalated guest concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
