F&B Bartender
Job Description
Requirements
- Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude
- Experienced in a well-known bar in 5-star hotel
- Attended Bartending competition, with winning award will be an added advantage
- Recognized certification on alcoholic beverage (e.g. WSET) preferable
- At least 3 years of experience in bartending
- Fluent in Mandarin or English, bilingual is a plus
- Provide full-length photograph, portrait photo, and beverage photos
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages or coffee brewing, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, and garnishes
- Possess deep knowledge of wine and spirits menu and service, beverage pairing and tastes
- Manage and replenish inventory and supplies, keep the bar stocked and tidy
- Interact with guests, anticipate their needs and preferences, and make recommendations
