Job Description

  • Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese to handle international customer
  • With well-groomed appearance and good attitude
  • 1 year of experience as supervisor in a 4/5-star Hotel or quality restaurant
  • Provide full-length photograph and portrait photoJob Duties
  • Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow Team Member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service
  • Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
  • Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
  • Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives
