Job Responsibility

  • Serve as our brand ambassador by consistently delivering professional, gracious and culturally attuned hospitality that reflects the highest standards of our integrated resorts.
  • Uphold the integrity and reputation of our brand by creating lasting guest impressions and fostering guest loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional, discreet, and intuitive service across key services such as butler services, welcome services, and private hosting – ensuring a refined and memorable experience for premium guests. going beyond amenities or handling requests.
  • Assist relationship management teams in delivering seamless pre-arrival, on-property, and post departure experiences, acting as a liaison across departments. This includes support during the check-in and check-out process and every step of the customer journey.
  • Adapt fluidly to the dynamic pace of day-to-day operations, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset in responding to changing guest needs and operational priorities. Establish strong relationships with premium guests, helping to build and maintain accurate guest profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance both guest and employee experiences by sharing insights and contributing ideas. Foster a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is valued, best practices are shared to deliver exceptional, guest-centric service.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the management in an efficient and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Language capabilities:
    Fluent in Korean (native level), to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above, or Chinese university exchange experience), to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • English knowledge is an advantage, to support communication with international guests.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree; preferably in hospitality/ hotel management.
  • Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • With excellent customer service mindset.
    Guest handling skills and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of Opera System is an advantage.
  • Be willing to work on shift (24 hours shift).

  • 作为品牌大使,始终提供专业、亲切、具有文化敏感度的高标准服务,展现综合度假村的卓越待客之道,树立良好品牌形象,建立宾客忠诚度;
  • 向高端宾客提供卓越、细致入微的服务,如管家服务、迎宾接待、私人接待等,确保宾客享有尊贵而难忘的体验,不仅仅是提供设施或满足请求;
  • 协助客户关系管理团队,从宾客抵达前、入住期间到离店后全过程提供无缝式服务,担任各部门之间的沟通桥梁,包括协助办理入住与退房;
  • 灵活应对日常营运的快速变化,具备主动及以解决方案为导向的心态,及时回应宾客不断变化的需求与营运优先事项;与贵宾建立稳固关系并维护准确的客户资料;
  • 与跨部门团队密切合作,提升宾客与员工体验,分享意见与建议,推动持续改善的服务文化,重视反馈并推广最佳实践;
  • 由管理层指派的其他相关工作,需以高效与专业的态度完成。

职位要求:

  • 语言能力:
  • 韩语流利(母语水平),以便与韩语客户进行有效沟通。
  • 普通话熟练(HSK5以上或有中国大学交流经历),以便与普通话客户交流。
  • 具备英语能力者优先,以支持与国际宾客的沟通。
  • 拥有大专或本科学历,酒店管理或相关专业优先;
  • 外表整洁、专业;
  • 拥有出色的客户服务意识;
  • 能在快节奏环境中处理宾客事务并具备良好的问题解决能力;
  • 熟悉电脑操作,了解Opera系统者优先;
  • 接受轮班工作(24小时制)。
