Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk operations and staff scheduling
  • Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores
  • Train and mentor front desk team members
  • Handle escalated guest concerns

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
  • Excellent grooming and professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
