Salon Hair Stylist (Spa) / 沙龙美发师（SPA）

Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Perform hair treatments (including Shampoo) and barbering services to guests as assigned, based on established standard protocols & procedures
• Before greeting and ushering guest to the Salon, check the area in regards to cleanliness, lighting, smell and functionality of equipment, and standard set-up. Clean the Salon and equipment after guest use
• Before starting the service, reconfirm guest’s treatment selection(s) and potential allergies
• After the service/treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least 1 years’ experience in a 5-star luxury Hotel, renowned Barber Shop or Salon being is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, possess hair stylist/colorist certificate from reputable Hair Stylist or Beautician School being an advantage
• Barbering experience is preferred (including cutting, styling, shaving and facial hair grooming)
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients, with English proficiency considered an advantage.
• Presentable with professional groomingPossess customer service mindset
• No Visible tattoos
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including overnight shifts)

工作职责

• 根据既定的标准协议和程序，为客人提供头发护理（包括洗发）和理发服务。
• 在迎接并引导客人进入沙龙之前，检查区域的清洁度、照明、气味、设备功能和标准设置。客人使用后，清洁沙龙和设备。
• 服务开始前，重新确认客人的护理选择及潜在的过敏情况。
• 服务/护理结束后，推荐根据使用的产品选择的零售产品。

职位要求

• 拥有至少1年于五星级豪华酒店、知名理发店或发廊的相关经验者优先；
• 高中毕业或同等学历者优先，拥有正规美发/美容学校颁发的美发师或染发师证书者为佳；
• 有理发经验者优先（包括剪发、造型、刮胡须与面部毛发修整）；
• 能流利使用粤语或普通话与客户进行有效沟通，具备英语能力者优先；
• 外表整洁，仪容专业；
• 拥有良好的客户服务意识；
• 无明显纹身；
• 能接受轮班工作（包括通宵班）；
• 高中毕业或具备同等学历。
